Service Description
You’ve reflected, read the books, and tried to communicate differently. Yet there’s a relationship situation you keep coming back to. RESET is a private, online coaching session where we explore what’s happening in you, what’s happening in the relationship, and what’s actually yours to decide. Bring one situation: a conversation you’re avoiding, a boundary you keep moving, or a decision you feel stuck on. We’ll work toward a clearer understanding and one practical next step. Alongside our conversation, I may guide you through somatic work, slowing down to notice sensations, emotions, and how your body responds. Some moments may feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable. We approach them with curiosity and care. Nothing is forced; you can pause at any time, and we follow your pace. CONTINUING AFTER RESET One session, with no obligation to continue. If you purchase a coaching package within 7 days after your RESET session, your full session fee will be credited toward it. SHORT-NOTICE REQUESTS Need a session within the next 12 hours? Email ( reina@beradicallyyou.com ) with the subject “RESET: Short-notice request.” I’ll let you know whether I have availability. Sending an email does not reserve a session, and an immediate response isn’t guaranteed. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and missed appointments are nonrefundable. For appointments booked less than 48 hours before the start time, payment is nonrefundable and rescheduling is not available. RESET is coaching, not psychotherapy or crisis support.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a session, you agree to the following terms: CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule without charge by giving at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled start time. With less than 48 hours’ notice, cancellations are nonrefundable. Rescheduling requests are treated as late cancellations, and a new session requires a new payment. SHORT-NOTICE BOOKINGS If you book a session less than 48 hours before its scheduled start time, the cancellation window has already passed. Your payment is nonrefundable, and the same late-rescheduling terms apply. MISSED SESSIONS & LATE ARRIVAL Missed sessions are nonrefundable and considered used. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee applies. EMERGENCIES If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. At my discretion, I may make one exception to the cancellation or rescheduling policy per calendar year. IF I NEED TO CANCEL If I cancel your session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
