Online Therapy for Moms in Denver & across CO

You can be the mom you want to be—without losing yourself in the process.

Somatic therapy to help women & mothers feel more grounded, present, and connected to themselves.

You just want some peace.

You’ve tried everything—books, therapy, all the tips and tricks for different ways of communicating with your partner—but somehow, you’re still stuck in the same patterns. No matter how much you give, it’s just never enough. You’re carrying the bulk of the chores, managing the emotional labor, and still trying to keep up with work and life. Despite your efforts to change, deep down, you know it’s not you—it’s the cycle.

And if you’re honest with yourself, you’re disappointed that your life, your marriage, and your family life don’t look or feel the way you expected them to. What you truly long for is a life where you feel seen and valued—not just as the person holding things together so everyone else can be okay.

There’s a deep desire to reconnect with the version of yourself who was confident, fulfilled, and excited about the future. You want to break free from this cycle, rediscover who you are, and feel like you again.

Maybe you’re here because…

  • You’re lonely in your marriage

  • You feel depressed and often wonder if there’s something “wrong” with you

  • After becoming a mom, it’s been hard to recognize who you are professionally or personally

  • You’ve become like the person in your life you worked so hard not to be

  • You wish you could finally feel “free”

You deserve more than just “survival mode.”

My Approach

Helping you manage the constant push & pull of motherhood.

You’re trying to meet everyone’s needs and keep the peace, but somewhere along the way, you’ve lost your sense of who “you” really are. In our work together, we’ll start by exploring what’s weighing on you the most. I’ll ask questions to help you get specific—what triggers you, when it happens, and how it feels in your body. Rather than just talking about your struggles like traditional therapy, we’ll slow down and notice what’s happening inside. Your body holds so much wisdom, and by tuning into your sensations, we can begin to understand the deeper patterns at play.

We’ll hold space for all the emotions that come in this journey as you untangle the past from the present. And from there, we’ll find ways to support you in the life you have now. Small but meaningful shifts can allow you to show up differently in your relationships, set boundaries with less guilt, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been buried under the weight of responsibility or cultural pressures.

Therapy can help you…

Reconnect with yourself beyond motherhood.

Reclaim your sense of identity, confidence, and personal agency, instead of feeling lost in the draining role of caretaker.

Listen and understand your feelings.

Rather than feeling overwhelmed by emotions, learn how to acknowledge, process, and move through them with self-compassion and curiosity.

Stand your ground in difficult moments.

Break free from generational cycles.

Stop avoiding difficult conversations or exploding from built-up resentment and instead navigate disagreements with confidence and respect.

Set boundaries without guilt.

Understand that saying "no" or asking for help doesn’t make you a bad mom, wife, or friend—it’s a form of self-respect.

Take care of yourself

Find ways to stay calm and confident when your partner is dismissive, your kids are pushing your limits, or you're feeling overstretched.

Give yourself permission to rest, step away, and ensure your own needs are met without feeling like you have to earn it first.

It’s hard to honor your culture while also making space for yourself—it’s not just a balancing act, but an emotional tightrope.

There are often unspoken expectations of maintaining family harmony, respecting elders, and sacrificing personal needs for the “collective good.” I understand firsthand that cultural values, while deeply important, can sometimes leave you feeling disconnected from your own desires, identity, and needs within marriage and family life.

As we explore your experiences together, you may start to recognize familiar feelings—ones that have been with you for a long time. Maybe they remind you of how you felt as a child, navigating family dynamics that taught you to over-function, stay small, or put others first. This can be especially complex when you’re balancing the expectations of Asian and other certain cultural values with the pressures of modern relationships.

I’ll be here to help you untangle the expectations, make sense of the push and pull, and create a healing path forward that feels true to you.
