Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

By booking a session, you agree to the following:

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable, and the session will be considered used.
Late arrivals will not extend the session time.
One emergency cancellation may be granted once per calendar year, at our discretion.
